Returns & Refunds Policy
At PelviGuard we make every effort possible to ensure customer satisfaction. If we've fallen short, please follow our simple return and refund policy below.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours from when the order was placed. If you'd like to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at support@pelviguard.com. Please note that after 24 hours the order has already left our warehouse and cannot be changed or cancelled.
What Does The Return Process Actually Look Like?
Just email us one sentence explaining what didn't work. We handle everything from there, including the return shipping. You won't pay a cent. That's our 60-Day Dry or Free Guarantee.
Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For security and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot issue refunds by bank transfer, Venmo, or check. Thank you for your understanding.
Eligibility for Return/Refund
In order for an item to be eligible for a return/refund, it must be:
- In its original packaging (item does not need to be unused or in perfect condition)
Responsibility for Shipping Cost
- PelviGuard will cover return shipping costs for products with a manufacturing defect, incorrect items, or items damaged upon receipt. Simply send a photo or video of the issue to support@pelviguard.com and we will process a replacement or provide a return shipping label free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
